What is Westie?
Westie is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog.
You are his life, his love, his leader.
Westie will always be yours, faithful and sincere to the last heartbeat.
You owe it to him to be worthy of his devotion.
We started of course by informing ourselves about this breed, we got in touch with various breeders until one day after months of waiting, the first westie arrived in our house. Her name is X Tess Victis and she was brought from Poland. Thank you, sir. Slawomir Stepniewski from the Victis kennel, because he trusted us.
Initially we did not intend to set up a kennel, but gradually the pleasure of raising these wonderful Westie dogs, participating in exhibitions and winning, determined us to want more, namely to improve and improve the breed.
West Vojvodina kennel was recognized by the International Cynological Federation in 2010.
From then on, things were simple. We got to know other westie breeders in Europe because this hobby is a “whole world”. To refer strictly to westie: we met people and breeders who turned their hobby into a lifestyle. Westie means unconditional love but also responsibility from the owner, westie means satisfaction when your puppy comes and sits on your feet sighing and sighing.
This breed is so loved that people, out of their love for this little puppy, have created a real world and industry, from westie figurines, souvenirs and t-shirts with westie to keychains and paintings all with this little symbol engraved on them – The puppy WESTIE.
